Regulations
  1. Applicants must be aged 21 or above, and have been residents in HKSAR for not fewer than 7 years.
  2. Applicants must not have a criminal record by the Hong Kong Police (traffic accidents exclusive).
All members should
  1. be interested and be willing to participate in activities for public welfare whenever possible.
  2. take concerted action with the Association in terms of internal affairs and political issues.
  3. keep important internal issues confidential (e.g. financial status, actions not yet publicized).
  4. not express own views to the government as our member without the Association’s authorization.
  5. not publish own views to the media as our member without the Association’s authorization.
  6. not apply for loans or raise funds in the name of our Association.
  7. not have rude behavior towards other people or public issues.
  8. not take the role of a warrantor as our member.
  9. inform the Chairman or the Secretary for serious personal or family financial crisis (e.g. bankruptcy).
  10. make complaints (if any) to the Chairman or the Secretary in letters.
  11. EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) can be held to dismiss or change the current chairman or the committee if there are 50% voting members and 30% ordinary members agree to hold the meeting.
  12. The chairman and the committee members are not entitled to any salaries and allowances, except event organization and travel costs related to the association operation.
 
章程
  1. 申請入會者須年滿二十一歲，並於香港特別行政區居住滿七年。
  2. 申請入會者不得有香港警務處刑事紀錄 (交通案例外)。
凡本會會員，
  1. 應對公益事務感興趣，並在可能範圍內參與公益事務。
  2. 應在會務上、回應政策上與本會行動一致。
  3. 應將本會重要事務保持機密 (包括財務情況、未公開之行動等)。
  4. 未經本會同意，不得以會員身份向政府機關表達個人意見。
  5. 未經本會同意，不得以會員身份向傳媒發表任何意見。
  6. 不得以本會名義向外借貸或籌款。
  7. 不得以會員身份作任何擔保人。
  8. 不得以粗暴行為對人或對事。
  9. 如個人或家庭有重大財務問題 (如申請破産)，須盡快知會主席或秘書。
  10.  如有投訴，應以信件方式告知主席或秘書。
  11. 只要獲足夠會員人數比率(50% 有表決權的會員及30% 普通會員)，可隨時舉行特別大會以解散或更換現任主席或委員會成員。
  12. 除了籌辦大會活動的費用和與委員會事項相關的交通費外，主席或委員會成員不能收取任何薪酬或津貼。
